You will not have access to your account from 30 June 2022 at 10:00 CEST, date of closure of Twoo. From that moment onwards, your account will be closed and your information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Credits are non-refundable and expire after 90 days. Credits bought after 1 April 2022 expire on the closure date.

For Live Tokens bought before 15 January 2022, an expiration period applies of three months from their purchase. If you think you are eligible for a refund, you can request a refund by contacting our customer support team. If you are indeed entitled to a refund, remaining purchased Live Tokens will be refunded according to their price per Live Token as purchased. Tokens bought after 15 January 2022 expired on 14 February 2022 (as communicated via email and mentioned on the purchase page), and are not eligible for a refund. Free tokens are never eligible for a refund.
Credits bought before 5 April 2022 expire three months after you purchased them. As listed on the payment pages, Credits purchased from 5 April 2022 onwards will expire on 30 June 2022 at 10:00 CEST. If you think you are eligible for a refund, you can contact our customer support team.
After the closure of Twoo on June 30, 2022, you can apply for a partial refund. Subscriptions that run past the closure date will be refunded for the part of the subscription that runs past this date. To request a refund, please email our help desk, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
